How much is each session and how long does it last?
Session are £40 for 45mins this will include a warm up and warm down.
What do I need to bring?
Your A game (and some water)
Can I book a block of sessions?
Yes clients are asked to pre pay for a minimum of 5 sessions in advance once they decide to proceed so i am able to hold the slot for them.
Do you offer 8/12 week plans?
Yes absolutely whatever your goal we can discuss the plan of action during your consultation so we are both on the same page of how to get the best results.
